Flight Plans!

Hello, one and all!

A couple of things occured this week, so lets jump right in!

To start off...

Last P-day (an eternity ago lol.)

My zone all played kickball! And, for all of my fans at home, you know what that means! I was A. Outside and B. intending to have fun, so that means only one possible thing could have happened.

Yep, that right. I got injured. Thats all I'm gonna say for that (I'm fine now... and I was told this week that I am a bit over dramatic so I'm working on that...)

I got to have 2 separate exchanges this week, and in each one I got to witness some tender mercies and I got to see God's hand in my day.

These past weeks, me and my companions have been doing our best to talk to everyone and hoping for a new. We have had little to no success for the past transfer and a half. Well, it seems like that luck may be turning! One of my companions found someone on Facebook that is interested in reading the Book of Mormon with him, and we found someone during an exchange that was willing to listen! Hard work pays off!

Also...

I finally have my flight plans! I'll be leaving Arizona on the 14th of December! 3 flights later, I'll be landing in Peru on the 15th of December! The time has come!!!

Kinda. I still have 3 weeks in the states!

Something else really awesome happened as well this week. For the past transfer and a half, on Wednesdays me and my companions have gone over to this one families house as our last visit of the night, and this family has a really cool thing they do every night where they write down one thing they are grateful for in a gratitude journal. The mom of this family gave us a journal for us this week! It's been really cool to start a gratitude journal, and it honestly makes me feel better about my day when I reflect on it to find something that I am grateful for. My invitation for the week is to start one yourself, or with your family, and see how God has blessed your lives!

Photos for the week are in my google photos!
